This is the best vegan treat!! Only takes 5 minutes to whip up and once you start eating it you won’t be able to stop. Oh and this recipe is double the original, trust me, you definitely want lots of this in your freezer to pull out when you’re craving something sweet.

Ingredients

8 Tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

6 Tbsp coconut oil

3 Tbsp maple syrup (or natural sweetener of your choosing)

4 Tbsp cocoa

2 cups rice bubbles

Method

  1. In a bowl, add all ingredients apart from the rice bubbles and put into microwave for 1-2 minutes (until melted).
  2. Now mix through the rice bubbles.
  3. Line a tray with baking paper and fill. Put into the freezer and you’re done. Enjoy 🙂
