This tofu is super tasty and a good source of protein for any meal. I use it in heaps of the dinners I make.


1 packet of firm tofu

6 Tbsp rice bran oil or olive oil

2 Tbsp sweet chilli

4 Tbsp soy sauce or tarmari


  1. Cut the tofu into small cubes
  2. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. When you see bubbles start to appear, add in the tofu.
  3. Cook tofu until both sides are slightly brown.
  4. Drizzle the sweet chilli over the tofu and pour on the soy sauce. Keep cooking in frying pan until all liquid has been soaked up and tofu has a slightly crispy outside.
