This tofu is super tasty and a good source of protein for any meal. I use it in heaps of the dinners I make.
1 packet of firm tofu
6 Tbsp rice bran oil or olive oil
2 Tbsp sweet chilli
4 Tbsp soy sauce or tarmari
- Cut the tofu into small cubes
- Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat. When you see bubbles start to appear, add in the tofu.
- Cook tofu until both sides are slightly brown.
- Drizzle the sweet chilli over the tofu and pour on the soy sauce. Keep cooking in frying pan until all liquid has been soaked up and tofu has a slightly crispy outside.
